Counselling and Psychotherapy

What I Offer

Individual Psychotherapy

These sessions are for you to explore whatever you wish to explore in a supportive environment. This type of therapy can help with various challenges, from anxiety, low mood and depression to feeling stuck, low in confidence or self-esteem. It can also help with processing trauma, identity issues and feelings that seem hard to explain.

Although the terms counselling and psychotherapy can be used interchangeably, psychotherapy usually suggests an in-depth process.

I work from a neuroaffirming, intercultural and LGBTQ+ affirming standpoint. I usually provide long-term/open-ended sessions; this doesn’t mean staying in therapy forever, but does acknowledge that lasting change often takes time.

I hope to support you to have the relationship you want with yourself and others.

Relationship Counselling

We all experience challenges in our relationships and it can feel particularly difficult when these difficulties are with our intimate partner(s).

You may be looking for help with communication, conflict, infidelity, intimacy or sexual concerns. Perhaps you are navigating a period of stress or transition that you would like support with.

I offer a non-judgmental space for you to share your perspectives, explore your relationship dynamics and find a healthier way forward. Addressing your concerns can be difficult and bring up complex emotions, however, it can ultimately lead to deeper love and understanding. I work with people in monogamous and non-monogamous relationships.
