What are your fees?

£65 per session for individuals and from £80 per session for couples. I keep some concessions available for low-income groups.

What happens after I contact you?

I will aim to get back to you within 48hours to arrange either an initial session or a brief conversation over the phone. A brief call might be helpful if you would like to discuss any questions before meeting.

The initial session is an opportunity to think together about what brings you to therapy. It is important to find a good fit and you may prefer to have a few sessions before deciding to commit to regular therapy.

How often will we meet?

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly at the same time. Once we agree a time, I will hold this time for you. Should you need to reschedule, I will try to offer an alternative time within the same week.

Where will we meet?

I mostly work in-person in Hove. I have some online availability.
